HOW TO USE

Placing the Diffuser: Simply place the Lucia fragrance diffuser on a flat surface like a table, desk, or counter. It can be positioned just like a vase of fresh flowers to add a touch of elegance to your space.



Diffusing the Scent: The diffuser is designed to naturally release the fragrance of your chosen Lucia scent into the air. Allow the oils to diffuse over time, filling your room with a calming, aromatic atmosphere.



Adjusting Fragrance Intensity: If you'd like to control the strength of the fragrance, you can place the diffuser in a well-ventilated area for a lighter scent or in a smaller, enclosed space for a more concentrated aroma.



Refillable Use: When the fragrance begins to diminish, simply refill the diffuser with more of your favorite Lucia fragrance blend, ensuring continued aromatic enjoyment.

END OF LIFE

Diffuser Materials: Once your diffuser is no longer in use, ensure to properly clean and recycle the container if possible. Depending on the material of the diffuser (glass, ceramic, etc.), check with your local recycling program for proper disposal.



Empty Bottle: When the fragrance is used up, dispose of the bottle carefully. Some bottles may be reusable, so consider keeping it for future refills or for use with other essential oils.

Delivery schedule: Our local delivery drivers collect orders every Monday and Thursday and will have them to your door within twenty four (24) hours of the time they picked them up.

*NOTE for CONDO and APARTMENT buildings, please leave a phone number where we can reach you when we are on our way. We will call you and leave the package outside your building, our team is not able to buildings. Please enter buzzer number when applicable and any indication that package can be left with concierge or at lobby.

HOW WE PACK IT

We repurpose all packaging materials we receive for order shipments, including any cardboard boxes, paper, tissue, and corn-based packing peanuts. We use recyclable paper tape with water activated adhesive. Sometimes, plastic wrapping falls on our hands from certain vendors. We keep it for situations where a bit of bubble wrap will help better protect your product. 

We encourage you to repurpose it and keep it going around :)
