A no fuss guide to fall skin and body care.

A no fuss guide to fall skin and body care.

Your skin has different needs for staying hydrated and healthy throughout the year and changing seasons, so you might consider making some adjustments to your everyday routines.
Aside from the obvious hydration, your skin needs nourishments from plant oils, butters and regular exfoliation to slough off dead skin cells.

Exfoliate & Cleanse.

Our favourite no fuss tool for everyday exfoliation is this Compostable Hemp Washcloth. Sisal is excellent for gentle exfoliating and is softer than a typical plastic loofah. Another zero-waste, plastic-free exfoliating tool is this easy cleaning soap pouch that can stimulate blood circulation and is also excellent to replace the plastic loofahs.
As an extra, that you can use on alternating days, is our new Invigorating Body Polish, it’s a 2 in 1 polishing body scrub and cleanser with antioxidant repurposed coffee grounds and peppermint essential oil that stimulates blood circulation and helps reduce puffiness. Sugar adds exfoliating power to remove dead skin cells while nutrient rich plant oils nourish and hydrate skin. A shot of energy to start off your day.
Another customer favourite that helps nourish the skin while gently cleansing is the mineral rich Buff Face & Body Scrub by Wildcraft.

Nourish.

When you're out of the shower or bath and your skin is perfectly damp, the best thing to do is just pat dry with a towel and apply a nourishing body oil that will help retain moisture in your skin.
One of our favourites is the Seabuckthorn Best Skin Ever by Living Libations or the Frankincense Best Skin Ever by Living Libations, our go-tos that we can't live without. Great for face, body, everything!
If you prefer the cream or balm application, we love the Illuminate Body Cream by Wildcraft, a rich cream with a delightful whipped consistency and the Substance Blush Body Butter, a little bit goes a long way.
So you don't have to change your whole product lineup and it doesn't have to be 10 steps. Just a few tweaks a couple of times a week will take you very far.
